Jefferson Lines introducing new Electric Motorcoaches in Thursday demonstration

ABC Companies will present the event and showcase the Van Hool TDX25E Double Deck motorcoach, the Van Hool CX45E and the Ford E450 shuttles among others

Intercity bus company Jefferson Lines will host a demonstration of electric motorcoaches at its Minneapolis-based home facility on Thursday.

At the Zero Emissions Tour, which will be presented by motorcoaches distributor ABC Companies, a variety of electric vehicles will be on display, including the 52-passenger luxurious coach by Van Hool.

Other vehicles on display include the 75-passenger Van Hool TDX25E Double Deck motorcoach, the 52-passenger Van Hool CX45E with Proterra battery systems and 12-passenger cutaway Ford E450 shuttles.

The Van Hool CX45E can travel more than 250 miles on a single charge in all climates at all altitudes and at any speed. The Ford E450 shuttles has been designed for smaller groups.

Jefferson Lines serves more than 2,000 locations in 14 states and Mexico.
