bp reports the collaboration will help fulfill its customers’ needs and deploy more solar solutions for its own assets

Solivus, a lightweight solar solutions developer, has been awarded a 3-year contract by bp for the engineering, procurement, construction, and installation of multiple PV solar systems for bp and its customers.

More specifically, Solivus will focus on implementing and deploying its rooftop solar technology in bp’s integrated energy solution portfolio.

“This new relationship with Solivus enables us to expand our integrated energy offerings by adding solar solutions into our portfolio. Not only will this help us fulfill the needs of our customers, but we will also look to use the solution for our own assets,” said Irene Quero, VP of Customer Integration at bp.

This collaboration marks a significant milestone for Solivus in its goal to bolster the decarbonization of existing commercial buildings.

“Solivus has grown a significant client list, including airports and sports stadiums, who are eager to find renewable energy solutions. bp has the contacts and the influence to rapidly expand this portfolio and support us on our mission to help decarbonize the built environment,” said Jo Parker-Swift, CEO of Solivus.
