The facility will support 4 Gen’s expanding fleet of zero-emission class 8 drayage trucks; first phase of the project includes 44 chargers across Rialto and the Port of Long Beach.

Electrify America, an open Hyper-Fast charging network in the United States, and 4 Gen Logistics, a developer of sustainable logistics solutions, have partnered to introduce a charging station in Rialto, California, with 350 kW 14 Hyper-Fast chargers to support 4 Gen’s expanding fleet of zero-emission class 8 drayage trucks.

The facility is part of a broader initiative to reduce tailpipe emissions in the Southern California region, especially around Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles.

While the first phase of the project is funded in part through Electrify America's $25 million Green City investment, it includes 44 chargers across Rialto and the Port of Long Beach. The investment focuses on Medium and Heavy Duty electrification projects in Long Beach and the Wilmington neighborhood of Los Angeles.
